Hog III Touch Screen Issue

One of my clients has a Hog III that has developed a "line" down from top to bottom on the right touch screen. It looks to be maybe one or two pixels wide and runs the entire height of the screen.

The console is approximately two years old and out of warranty. It does not affect any opertions other than being annoying to see running down the screen. Does it sound like the screen needs to be replaced? If so, is this something I can do myself?

    So the "lines through the screens" seems to get even more complicated. I'm sitting here with the console and I'm even more confused. The "missing pixel" lines ONLY appear in the "COLORED" portions of the windows. Everything is fine in the grey portions. No matter how I size or move the windows, the lines always appear in the same place on the screen, but, again, only in the "COLORED" sections. Also, this is only on the right hand touchscreen.
