Just to clarify for others, your email explained that you had hit updated 2 times and then clicked OK on the second auto-update screen. This is a known bug and is logged as #10526. We plan to fix it soon. In the mean time, just be sure you do not hit Update mutliple times (or if you do, just press cancel on the extra auto-update windows).
