scroller issues help help

help ...

I have some simple appllo chrome q scrollers....
and every time I program them into a cues... ie red

they don't work / stick in the cue with the color that I have assigned...

I have tried every thing and I just can't get this to work and I need
it to work for my desgin

I have looked everywhere for an answer ..

can someone please help me out on a saturday night?

    sounds like your in a bind.
    Can you please add some more information to your post.
    What software version of Hog III are you currently using.
    When you say they stick in a cue ie red are you saying the first cue is correct and from then on the scrollers do not work...

    How have you got the scrollers patched? are they as desk channels or as scroll/dims by which i mean as a fixture.
    If they are patched as desk channels and you are using that method to program some information may be tracking forward in the cue's which is why what you see when you record the cue is not what you see when playing back the cue.
