How do I get the 4 encode wheels to work properly with HOG3PC using a mouse. I can't seem to reliably make them work. I tried moving them to my touchscreen display and that did not help either.
Position the mouse pointer over the desired encoder wheel and click/hold down the left mouse button over the encoder wheel, and move the mouse up or down.
