The best solution I used was using a Chase Cuelist, but only two cues. this is what I did
Cue 1 - Takes all the Entours are sets the Random Parameter to randomize the fixtures, but no RPMs so that the Random doesn't keep going.
Cue 2 - Uses the Spin function to start scrolling the Color Wheel, but it keeps the Random color set. I also used Reset On Release so it always goes back to the beginning.
