yes it the same, except: Hog3 has physical buttons above and below the touchscreen, therefore the buttons on the screen are smaller, on the iPC these physical buttons do not exist, but the buttons the screen are taller, so You can easily touch them, no real drawback there
The Hog 3 has 2 vertical wheels (on the left and on the right of the console) which each time 1 button above and below. These do not exist on the iPC, but they can be used over software buttons. For Example, holding the choose button on one cuelist, and then the 1rst and 2nd wheel (of the 4 on the right top side).
