urgent problem with roadhog

hi
i used i roadhog 2.2.2 when i start my desk 2 screen it's ok but when i start the roadhog software , all windows go on left screen
after many reset it's the same.
plaese help me

2 things to try.

1 - Do a full restore of the software (XPe 1.0.8)

2 - Open up the desk and make sure there are no loose connections in th harness to the screen.

Sounds more like software to me as the screen works during startup.

Check the bios battery. The link is to the IPC instructions but they are the same. www.flyingpig.com/support/BIOSBatteryReplace.pdf You will have to restore the BIOS settings after this. www.flyingpig.com/support/RoadHogBIOSSetup.pdf
If you do a full restore (XPe 1.0.8) it will correct the settings for you. However if the battery is dead They will be lost on the next shutdown cycle.
