Check the display on the DP under "Control": At the top in BOLD type it should say something like: "Hog 3 vx.x.x (b xxxx)75MHz" - if it says 75MHz as the processor speed then you have the latest - if it says 50MHz (and I have only ever heard of one of these ever in the field), then you need to contact FPS.
