Palette Scrollbar

Maybe I have missed something, but is there an easier way to scroll down a palette or directory quicker? I was thinking maybe a scroll bar ? :06:

I like the 4th wheel idea, actually i'm pretty shure i requested this a very long time ago.. that was one of the features from H2pc i missed when H3pc initially came out, and i made the switch..
