You can IF your keyboard will output MIDI Show Control (MSC). However most keyboards only output MIDI Notes, so you will need to check the documentation for your keyboard. The Wholehog only works with MSC input.

Put an event processor in between the Keyboard and the Hog and program it to "replace" the note with MSC. I have done this and it worked very well.
