What does OB mean?

Subject says it all. I've seen this abbreviation several times here and can't figure out what it means. Search turned up nada. Thanks!

"Output Box" - usually refers to a application process that runs on our PC products that handles processing the dmx data; also commonly used as another word for the DP.
