So I am tryng to merge and I got an error that said it coould not perform the merge because there were to many fixtures.
How many is too many?
The showfile (Show 1) that I am merging into contains the following:
8 LAYERS OF CATALYST V4
45 Far Cyc 4cir
57 HPL 6 LIGHT
89 SPACE LIGHT
112 IMAGE 85
2981 DESK CHANNELS
The showfile (Show 2) that I am adding to this conatins:
11 SPACE LIGHT
1942 DESK CHANNELS
Many of the desk channels are part of the rig but not connected to a light yet. The way they do these rigs is tons of dimmers that are spread out. Some get used by mutlicircuited light some are to just one lamp. I would add as I go but this would be a headache so I have to have them in the show to begin with. As I add multicurcuited units I remove the unused desk channel fixture.
What should be done in this situation?
