I have some simple GM8:GM7, and RM8:RM7 macros on some cues. Sometime during the day "h2" or something similar adds to the comment macro on its own. What is this? Why does it show up?
If you have more than one console on a network the macro "H#" is designating which console the "GM" should apply to. In your case sounds like console number 2. So if you were triggering say master 3 on the second console in a cue, the macro would look like this: GM3H2. Meaning "Go Master 3 on Console 2". Chances are the console is updating the correct syntax for you.
I've seen this appear when another console logs onto a show. However, I also saw this with version 3.0 when programming with 1 laptop, saved to USB, then opened with another laptop. No networking.... Anybody else see this or can explain it?
