V.2.4.0 (2051) Bug Report: Everything on Left Monitor”

After upgrading to V.2.4.0 I noticed a reoccuring problem with the monitors. If a new show is loaded everything works as it should. After rebooting the console and loading that show, all of the tool bars appear on the left monitor. (This happens regardless of autolaunch being turned on/off).

I checked that all the internal connectors are connected properly and firmly.

I also deleted all the shows saved to the hard drive and repeated this process with a new show and it still happens.

Brandon,

this is very odd... are you launching a show that was previously launched with everything on the left? Is the right monitor active... can you move stuff there?

The best thing would be for you to directly contact support at 800-890-8989 or support@flyingpig.com this way they can walk you through troubleshooting.
