Build Effect

Hi there
I would love more options to make some effect.
Record a cue with 2 Cues:
Cue1 Red, Cue2 White, then Option change Chase to Effect :)
The same with Positions and Dimmer.

Thats not the same function
When i can change a chase to a effect i can give them a offset etc. i can't do this as fast on a chase...
