Sounds like possibly a USB cable fell out of the screen. It's happened on our RoadHogs, and since the two are essentially the same, try that.
The cables are way too easy to come out of the chassis: both the USB and the VGA. The cables are just too long and heavy and with the weight of the cables pulling down (especially in transit), it's a bit too common. Maybe on future console releases of these or similar consoles (hint hint hint) HES could instead make them a bit more permanent somehow by using ones that screw in or something like a strain relief.
We solved the problem on the cables a few months after we shipped the initial Road Hogs. Do you know the serial number of the consoles you are referring to?

It does sound like something might be loose inside your console. I suggest that you contact our support department and have them walk you through checking it all out.
