No there is no view like that on the Hog 3, but there is a window that allows you to look at the true DMX output. you can find this window, if you push the Setup, then in the bottom right screen there is a DMX button, push that, now you can see the true 0-255 DMX value. This is not exactly what you are looking for, but maybe it will help.
