toggle positions of external monitors ??

is it possible to make a sofware-switch that external monitor 1 is the one on the left, and external monitor 2 on the right ??

Enhancement #4708 adn 6060 both refer to the ability to configure monitor placement similar to the abilities within Windows. We hope to implement this feature in an upcoming release.
