hog3pc networked show

Hi all,

We just upgraded to Hog3 to take advantage of some of the networking features. Our Hog3PC setup is out of line of site in our venues sometimes, but we do have wireless networks setup throughout. What we'd like to do is be able to take a laptop out to the house and fine-tune our preset scenes.

My idea was to try connecting to a network show (hosted on the backstage hog3pc setup), but the Hog3PC install on the laptop didn't find the show. Both computers can communicate between eachother on the wireless network.

Suggestions?

Thanks,
Devin

    Thanks

You can configure your own IP adresses and console numbers. By default on the HOG the server console is the first one to load, then everything else is a client or a node. Tutorials in PDF format can tell you how to probably configure and set up wirless HOG networks. This can be found under training at www.highend.com
