Movers Pan/Tilt

Anyone know why after upgrading to version 3.0 the iSpot 575 and Elation Colorwash 575 fixtures only seem to have half of their pan and tilt range. You keep spinning the encoder and you see values changing but the fixtures do not move.

Chris,

Check to see if the console is indeed not changing DMX values after a certain point.

To do this, press SETUP on the console then DMX on the right monitor.

Find the range of DMX you are in for one of those fixtures and see what happens as you run the parameter through it's values.

Does it really stop outputting at some point?
