Hog3PC on bootcamp

Trying to network hog3PC from a mac laptop running bootcamp
XP service pack 3 to an iPC
keep getting a fps exception
It finds the network but stops at "fps exception"
both running v3.0.1
I have ended prosses etc - still no luck

any ideas
