Try holding down the OPEN button and then press HELP on the toolbar on the bottom of the right display. If this doesn't work let us know what console you are using.
Did you have an external monitor plugged in and enabled, but now the monitor is not plugged in but still enabled? try opening the help window then moving it to another screen, by using the move button on the tool bar.
Hi, even if you are not using an external display, make sure you do not have one enabled in the Control Panel. When one is enabled but not connected the manual will sometimes default to the missing display. After pressing HELP, press MOVE above the right display to see if the manual comes into view.
