I recently upgrading to the new 3PC release. When I launch, my widget is not being detected. The one light comes on, but the only thing that shows up when trying to patch is a DP8000. If I try to patch to this, I am still not getting any dmx output.
I have rebooted, the PC recognized the widget.
Any ideas as to what is wrong?
I am at the venue right now - so urgent ideas would be helpful.
