Bug Report - V3.0.4 (Build 2468) - Deleting Palettes Crash

1 x H3
Build 2468

I have had a crash occur in a couple of shows when I delete a palette.
Both shows are old (have been going since 2005 at least).

This time the desk said "do you want to replace with hard values"
Then....after you choose yes or no (I chose yes to get the below message)
(but it has crashed in a different show when I said no)

Assert Failed

Error: Assert: 'pBody->zoneset==oldZoneSet' is FALSE

  • Hi Chris,

    I disagree.

The palette in question was not created in the same show session.
The palette was created in 2004 (the year, not the build).
I merged new data (after a type change) into it last night.
    Shut down the desk.
    Opened it this morning.
Did a bunch of merging palettes into cues.
Realised this palette was not used in any cues (or so I thought).
    Then tried to delete.

Ignore does not fix the issue (I tried that in a muddy French field last week).
The only way out is to pull the plug and to wait for it to die.

Do you want me to mail a show disk so you can repro?
