IPC Software v3.0.3

Console : IPC
Software : 3.0.1 b2425

Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade a few IPC consoles from
v3.0.1 to v3.0.3 and am finding it very difficult to do.
The consoles will all take the IPCconfig panel and the DP8000 upgrade but not the HogIII software v3.0.3.

The consoles go thru the entire process of loading the software and reboot as normal but the software does not load for some reason?

I've tried using the FPSPKG file and upgrading from the start screen but can't get that to work either.
Any suggestions please...

    Hi All,
    thanks to Mitch for this but in case anybody else has this issue on an older IPC upgrading software.

    1.Reboot the console
    2.Press delete/del as the console boots
    3.You will be asked for a password which is "hesipc"
    5.You enter the bios section of the console
    6.Navigate to advanced then chipset
    7.Reduce the frame rate buffer size to 8mb from 32mb or a higer number to 8mb.
    8.Escape and save your settings
    9.Upgrade to Hog III 3.0.3
    10.Reboot the console.

    go thru to the bios selection again and increase the frame rate size back
    to the 32mb....save again.

    Sorry if i missed any steps.
