Split times

Hey all. Anyone have some keystroke advice on how to do split times? Say in 1 cue I have beam, colour, inetnsity, position. Whats the best way to just make , say, the intensity and position fade, but not the beam/color.

Thanks

  • Cue 1 Position Time 4 Enter
Cue 1 Intensity Time 6 Enter

Or you can be more specific

    Cue 1 Fixture X (or X Thru Y) Position Time 4 Enter
Cue 1 Fixture X (or X Thru Y) Position Time Enter

Either way, the above method negates having to Open the Cue

You can use the second method for On the Fly adjustments

Fixture 1-20 are on Stage in Blue At Full. I want to do a Peel out my 'UP' Focus, but as they get there I want them to fade out. Position over 6, Intensity Over 4

    BLIND
Fixture 1-20 'UP' Position Time 6 ENTER
    Fixture 1-20 @ 0 Intensity Time 4 ENTER

Hold Down Pig, and Hit BLIND

If you have Fade Changes On, you won't need PIG BLIND (this only forces BLIND to Use the Timing - like Try Cue did on the Hog 2)
