Problem to open show, Class ftp::Runtime

Regards.
I have just finished a show in a Roadhog.
I try to open the show in the hotel with a Hog PC and have the following message:

Class ftp::Runtime
When I click option "Details", have the following message:
Exeption Source Callstack Server Process, 3016 Theread.

Please I need help since I am of tour.

Which Operating System is on the Computer? Check the showfiles integrity in the show manager on the console. [Setup] [Show Manager]

Hi Joe.
Now, I dont have access to console ( Road in the truck to other city )
The computer have windows Xp service pack 3. The other is a Mac with boot camp. (I use this machine for the martin show designer).
In both machines I have the same mistake.

Hi Alex,

XP SP3... hmmm... try running the program as administrator. Also what version of H3PC do you have? What version is the console?
