Help, Upgrade to 3.0.5 on iPC and lost front control panel

What did I do wrong,
Thought I would upgrade before doing some more programming, and followed install pattern > iPC control panel, HOG3, HOG2 install, and now my front panel is out!

Checked Diag and NO usb devices are shown, including touch screens, and track ball work (but they work fine). Under config Wings, console greyed out.....


How do I get my front panel back????

Any help NEEDED!!

    I was upgrading from HOG3 IPC v.3.0.4 (b 2468) to 2482, My XPe is on Release 8.5.0.

    I followed the upgrade instructions on the software download page "Note: Please upgrade all three applications in the following order: Hog iPC Configuration Panel, Hog 3PC, Hog 2PC. "
    from the website and that's where I ran into the issue.

    After I ran into the issue, I attempted to re-install the componets again, and still had the issue. I will try without the HOG 2 PC
    I do not use Hog 2 PC, but would like to keep it on console just in case.
