It would be amazing if you could (like with buddying, grouping, etc.) save record settings (aka, selected, masks, global,type,fixture) -- I was making/updating a massive number of palletes this weekend and noticed that it started to hurt my finger hitting more over and over again.. Hint Hint "macros" =)

I am sure there is a feature like this as part of the Compulite effects engine. I once saw a Programmer friend of mine do an effect for a set of LED bars and then he could also play that effect on most other fixtures in the show too.
