Are you talking about the additional bar of playbacks which would be assigned to a miniwing? That is also possible. In the control panel, click the button to the right of where you assign the miniwing. This will put the additional playback bar in the window.
In Hog3PC, we show a virtual front panel, it's a picture of the HogIII front panel where you can click on the buttons. I think he's asking if it's possible to show a virtual front panel for the miniwing.
Currently this is not supported. The only virtual front panel is for the main front panel. If you need to access the choose button for a miniwing that is not attached, you can display the playback bar for that miniwing as Ryan suggested, and click on the appropriate cell to emulate the choose button.
