So during essence fest me and my boss tried to figure out how to get the console to set live fades. I was told by HE that lets say I wanted a 4 second postion fade all i would have to do is hit post time 4 enter and 4 seconds would remain the time Is that Right I have had troubles with it in the past.
if you want to have live fades in the programmer, then you need to enable "Fade Changes" option. Then you can simply assign a time and then select position, colors, etc and they will occur in that time instead of instantly. You can learn more in section 18.5 of the user manual/help files.
