SOME PART OF THE UPGRADE FAILED

WHEN I TRY TO UPGRADE THE SOFTWARE APPEAR THIS WINDOW

SOME PART OF THE UPGRADE FAILED
PLEASE TRY TO INSTALING FROM A CURREN HOG 3 CD ROM

I HAVE A HOG 3 FULL CONSOLE WITH SOFTWARE 3.04
IM TRYING TO 3.1.2

Are you doing a clean install from this link:

www.highend.com/support/downloads/dl/gut_3.1.2_%28Build_2697%29.iso

As opposed to just updating the Hog 3 software?
