i already have it on a flashdrive. I need the instructions on how to download it into the Roadhog..

For software upgrade, you click the "Software Update" button on the opening flash screen and select the USB.

If you're doing a full XPE image, you need to follow the directions in the manual.

That's it ? No button to push during start-up or anything ? Then after slecting usb will it guide me thru ?

jep, install will do it's own thing, and desk will restart when it's ready. you might take a back-up of your shows just in case that something goes wrong

The "button to push when starting" is only for when you're doing a full XPE upgrade using a bootable flash drive.

For just the regular upgrade, it's easy as pie (unless of course you find making pie difficult, then it's easy as brushing your teeth). :)
