Why not do it the other way round? Instead of making a brand new app for iphones, put a web server in the console! This way I can use anything that has a web browser for my remote, don't have to stick to one manufacturer of remotes!
So its a year and a half later since Brad's message about the iPad/iPhone app. I think we deserve an update on this. It was planned for the end of 2010 and now its the end of 2011. Are we any closer?
High end are much too busy fixing all the monumental *** ups they've made with the v3.0 updates. For IPC in particular. Come on guys sort it out or you'll just start loosing clientele
There are a few ways to control your hog with your mobile device. I've used the touch osc app for a while now and must say that it works more than fine with me. Of course a dedicated app from high end would be more than welcome but I guess it would preform as I'm used to with touch osc now.
And the absence of a remote control shouldn't be a reason not to use the wholehog system..
