Desipite the incredible generality of this post I imagine this happening when launching the Hog3PC application on a Windows 7 or Windows Vista machine, YES?
I had this quite abit on Vista (because Vista is pants), I remember Chris getting mine sorted, but sometimes it helps to right click on the Hog 3PC icon and "Run as Administrator". Short of that, I am sure Chris will get you sorted :)
