I made a position palette and was going to record a time value to it

So you had masked in only time on the record toolbar when you did this?

Do you have a solid repro on this one? Even with the information you gave me I went and tried this based on several different scenarios and I can't get it to happen.

I didn't manage to repro this...
Strange is that merging only time is not possible at all...but somehow I managed to do it in that palette.
