I use a Google Chrome. It also download as a winrar on the internet explorer browser. well...if i download it and burn it as a image (nero) the console can do the full install great but way it download as winrar and not as a iso?
WinRAR by default will associate a *.iso file with itself because an iso is just a container for a bunch of files packed inside and WinRAR is capable of extracting those files. This does not mean you are downloading a *.rar file. I would suspect that if you looked at the properties of this file it would show that it is an *.iso file.
