Roadhog b2773 - touchscreen calibration/external monitor

I just did an upgrade (full image) on a clients show and now whenever the console boots, he has to re-enable the external monitor and recalibrate....EVERY time.

3.1.6. (2773)
Image Version - 1.6.0
RH Front Panel Driver - 1.0.0.18
FH Front Panel Serial - 400
RH Front Panel Firmware Vers: 1
Internal Super Widget Serial - 3278

USB-VGA Adaptor
USB Keyboard

Upon boot, have to re-enable external monitor in Control Panel
Upon boot, have to re-calibrate touch screens every time

Before the upgrade, he had only had to recalibrate once and the external monitor was always working.

  • Yes, the clock is correct and is not losing time.

The console was remembering everything perfectly before the upgrade. They were very far behind when I got there and were running 3.0.0. I got the call because of various screen freezes, etc. and wanted to update.

They didn't have to enable the monitors or do any touchscreen calibration in over a year.

We did the full XPe image which goes to 3.1.4 and then a .msi upgrade to take it to 3.1.6. And instantly, had to start re-enabling the external monitors and recalibrate EVERY boot.
