DP8000 asking for Password

Hi

Can anyone pls advise me on the following

DP8000 is asking me for password
How can I set the DP8000 to default

    A previous user has locked the DP for whatever reason.
    The default PIN to unlock is 1-2-3-4.
    This can be set/entered at the DP or through the Network window on the console.

    If you want to reset ALL the DPs settings and go back to defaults.
    Unplug the DP and then press and hold all 3 buttons on the front of your DP-8000 while you power it back on.
    Be careful as this will reset the Net number and any IP settings for both network adapters (ie - HogNet & ArtNet).
