My IPC Don't update above V3.1.2 the HOGIII PC software, event after Full restor. I can update IPC software but not HogIII PC. Normaly the Bios configuration is OK.
If no error mesage is given you may try going into the BIOS and looking in the ADVANCED TAB->CHIPSET->VIDEO FRAME BUFFER SIZE may be set to 32mb, change it to 8mb. This is just one possibility.
