Learn timing for an Effect

No there is no learn timing function for effects. You have to assign the time manually or adjust via encoders.

Thanks Brad, any chance this could be added in the future?

We have discussed it and logged it as part of a bigger effects engine rework for the future, so yes it very well could get implemented at some point.
