Rhfb problem. Help yet again.

Dear people with answers.
I have a road hog full boar. Worked perfect yesterday. Today startup went smooth. Now everything is delayed 3 seconds. Pan, tilt, clear, grand master, to pig release. Everything I do takes 3 seconds to respond.
I have reinstalled 3.1.7. No luck.
Also light at full. 4 seconds light comes On then about 8 seconds later the output window responds.
I have restarted the console 2 times.
What can I do to make it work?

    No USB was plugged in. Loaded a blank show an had the same problem.
    It is a rental. So I just made far less looks then normal and I will just wash my hands of it in 3 more days.
    Some people I work with say one of the ram board to a dump. Would this make this problem?
    I'm glade 4 sec responds is not normal. That would be a horrible way to run a show.
