Work Spaces Not Showing up on Hog III PC..HELP!!

So I just installed hog III PC on my new computer running windows 7, and for some reason the virtual payback & programming wings dont come up.
I try to right click and bring up the work spaces and the work spaces tap is faded out......??
Could this be because i plugged in my programming wing??
I dont have a playback wing so I need the virtual playback...

Any one ever encounter the same?
If so, how did you fix it??

Have a show this weekend and want to use the new computer......:cool:
