3.2 bug report -Midi

Midi input on H3 console is broken. both Midi notes,MTC and MSC..
-Can´t get any midi input to work.. not on midi inputs on console, not on midi input on IOP.

-Downgraded to 3.1.9.. all ok.

it doesn't really matter what show it is.. Happened on two new shows.
console was upgraded with full install of 3.2, and also upgraded to 3.2.1

-I did not try to do a full reinstall of 3.2 due to time pressure though.
