Updates hog 3PC

I've just been trying to update my Hog 3PC to 3.2.1. I'm running windows 7 and it keeps presenting me with
"This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package"
I can't run 3.2.0 either but 3.1.9 is fine..
Any suggestions??

    Couple of troubleshooting measures:
    1) Check that User Access Controls (UAC) is turned to its lowest setting
    2) Make sure you are running the installer from the hard drive (not from a USB stick or from the web)
    3) Make sure the download of Hog3PC is healthy (file size should be ~117.3MB)
    4) Try right clicking and running the installer as administrator
    5) Completely uninstall any other versions of Hog3PC or Hog2PC and try installing again
