Good day! I have a client that we just finished the 3.2.1 upgrade this weekend. After doing the upgrade we noticed something strange. Whenever the console would timeout and put the touchsceens to sleep, when you wake them up, the left screen is blank. The screen does illuminate as you can see the backlight turned on, however it is blank. We've checked to make sure the intensity setting is correct.
I know I saw a thread about both screens not waking up during testing, but I thought it had been resolved before release. Is this possibly another issue? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks and take care!
