Assert Failed Window upon restarting desktop

I have gotten this window when restarting the desktop the last few times on my client hog 3 console.
At that point, the board can't recover aside from powering down.
Any info or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Hog pc server- 3.1.9 on windows 7
Client- Hog 3 console

    It doesn't occur while I am actually on with the wireless, but oddly enough, it only occurs after I have logged in and then out with the wireless. And this only happens when I later try to restart the desktop on the console
