Are you talking about the Timecode toolbar that appears when you hit the view timecode button in the network window?
If yes, you cannot change the font size/color of the text in the input and current TC display.

In 3.2.0 we did chagne the font to bold so it stands out a little more.

So what do you thinks to do such a TC viewer window option? (full screen,half screen,reverse backround color and font color...)
