Hog 3PC Custom Keyboard

Is a normal keyboard mapped the same as the Hog 3PC Custom Keyboard, and if so is there a list some where of what each key is mapped to?

Yes, they are essentially the same.
You can find a full list of keyboard equivalents in Section 34 of the v3.2 manual that can be downloaded here:

Also Scott Barnes has created labels for "standard" keyboards that can be downloaded at the bottom of the Tech Notes page here:

The only key I don't get though is what is the play button mapped to?

The play key is the spacebar.
