Error installing 3.2.3 HOG PC

When trying to install 3.2.3 on our show computer in the theatre I get an error message "Error attempting to read from the source install database: C:\windows\Installer\195d2.msi"

Was upgrading from 3.2.1.

Windows XP

We are starting tech tomorrow and now I am not sure which way to go. I called 24 hr support from high end - waiting to hear back.

    Update. Was able to reinstall 3.2.1 and return to previous functionality so the emergency is past. Also got a call from tech support (thanks for the quick response) and we think that the issue might be related to a bad download. I pulled the file down to my mac and then transferred to the HOG PC server via USB since we keep the HOG PC off the network. I am going to try pulling the file down on a PC and then rerun the install.

    If anyone has any other thoughts, I am all ears.
